CERTIFICATIONS

Kevin graduated from Chongqing University in 1999. Since then he has worked in China Nuclear Industry 23rd Construction Company as a Welding Technicaia and Quality Engineer. Following that, Kevin worked for 4 years at BHP/Bluescope Steel Lysaght as a Quality Supervisor & CS Manager. Kevin takes the lead in the company Quality Management System (QMS), ISO Internal Auditing to uphold ESC's ISO Certification and Quality Assurance. Kevin joined ESC in 2008 and is currently the Operations Manager in the ESC Shanghai Office.

Robin graduated with Bachelor of Engineering from XI’AN University of Technology in 2005, with a  major in Welding. Robin started his career in Shenzhen Chi wan Sembawang Engineering Co. Ltd (CSE) as a welding inspector from 2005 to 2011 where he completed numerous Jacket projects. Then Robin worked for McConnell Dowell Constructors (Shanghai) Pty Ltd from 2011 to 2015, with critical involvement in some prestigious projects and product development such as WebbDocks-23000T Piles, RGP6 Project-8000T modules and Roy hill-18000T Modules.

Robin joined ESC in 2015 and is currently working works a Project Manager based in Shanghai office. Robin is a certified welding and coating inspector with over 10 years experiences in quality management in production, process or quality position in the steel structure manufacture, especially in offshore industry fabrication.

Chew graduated from Tunku Abdul Rahman College, Malaysia with Diploma in Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineering. Currently taking part-time study programme in MSc in Management offered by University of Liverpool.

Chew has various quality certification such as American Society for Quality (ASQ) Certified Quality Engineer, Certified Six Sigma Black Belt, Certified Quality Auditor, and Society of Manufacturing Engineering (SME) Lean Bronze certification. Chew current position is Quality Manager for the ESC Shanghai team and responsible to ensure the product’s quality supplied from China fulfil or exceed customer expectation.

Leixin graduated from Lanzhou University of Technology as a Bachelor of Materials Engineering in 2005. Leixin joined ESC group from 2008 as a QC Engineer over 7 years. Leixin obtained CWI certification in 2013 as an AWS Welding Inspector. Leixin is experienced in both welding and manufacturing fields. Leixin is currently a QC Engineer in the Shanghai Office.

John graduated in 2010 with a 1st Class Honours Degree in MEng Aeronautical Engineering from Imperial College London. John started off his career in the Oil & Gas Industry. John worked for a Subsea Oil & Gas Equipment Designer, designing, building and commissioning subsea machinery for large operators and complex projects. In 2012, John joined ESC Group and has taken the lead on Manufacturing Process Improvement, Machine Equipment upgrading and troubleshooting.

John's key skills include 2D and 3D modelling and drafting,  Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical and Hydraulic Engineering, Finite Element Analysis, Structural calculations and Project Management.

Bill graduated from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, China with a Bachelor of Engineering in Traffic Engineering and an Intermediate Engineer of China. Bill is currently Project Engineer & Commercial Representative of the ESC China Office and has been part of the ESC Group Engineering Team for 6 years.

Joy Zhang Jiayin graduated from Hubei Polytechnic University. Joy has a total of 14 years of experience in Project Plan Management and Quality Control of Oil & Gas, Offshore Plant Piping and Steel Structures. Joy is well versed with fabrication, manufacturing and product installation processes.

Joy is a Certified Welding Inspector by American Welding Society (AWS), Certified Protective Coating Inspector by American Steel Structures Painting Council, TIS TS Charter, TIS Material, TIS Non-Destructive Testing, TIS Welding and TIS Expediting. Currently, Joy is working as a QC Engineer in the ESC Shanghai Office.
